Terms & Conditions

EXCURSION 4 YOU, LLC - General booking and participation terms

Booking Process

Customers may book our excursions and outdoor activities through our website booking form or by contacting us via phone/WhatsApp or email.

Deposit and Payment Terms

Deposit Requirement

  • Groups of 1 to 8 people: EUR 20 deposit per booking
  • Groups of 9 or more: amount provided by our reservations manager, based on group size

The booking deposit allows us to:

  • Reserve equipment and secure time slots for your group
  • Organize logistics and transport
  • Allocate guides and ensure availability
  • Guarantee service quality for your experience

Payment Structure

  • The deposit is deducted from the total price
  • The remaining balance is paid on the day of the excursion
  • We accept cash and bank cards
  • Deposits can be made via secure online payment or bank transfer
  • Prices are displayed in EUR; charges are made in EUR

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies

Customer-Initiated Changes

Rescheduling

  • 7 days or more before: rescheduling possible subject to availability
  • Less than 7 days: subject to equipment and guide availability
  • If accepted, your deposit is transferred to the new date

Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.

Company-Initiated Changes

Weather or Operational Issues

If we cancel for reasons beyond your control, you will receive:

  • A new proposed date (not subject to the 7-day rule), or
  • A full refund of your deposit

Please provide:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Country
  • Pickup location
  • Drop-off location

Pickup and Drop-off

We offer free transport within Marrakech city. For pickups outside Marrakech, additional fees may apply depending on distance.

Equipment and Personal Belongings

Equipment Damage

You are responsible for any damage caused to quads or equipment. Additional charges will apply based on repair costs.

Personal Items

EXCURSION 4 YOU, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. Bring only essential items and keep them secure.

Insurance Requirements

  • You must have travel insurance covering quad/ATV activities
  • It is your responsibility to verify coverage before the excursion

Documentation

  • No driving license required
  • No ID required to drive a quad
  • We recommend carrying identification for travel and identification needs

Photography and Video

  • You may take photos and videos during the excursion
  • Please respect others' privacy and ask permission
  • Our guides may be photographed with their consent
  • We may use group photos/videos for promotional purposes

Excursion Timing and Schedule

  • Excursion duration is specified in your confirmation email
  • Please arrive 15 minutes early
  • Late arrivals may not be accepted if the excursion is full
  • No refund for delays resulting in missing the excursion

Safety and Participation

  • Minimum age: 16 years
  • No weight restriction
  • No prior experience required
  • Safety briefing and helmet provided
  • Professional guides included

Alcohol Policy

Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to participate. No refund will be provided if participation is denied due to intoxication. Our team reserves the right to refuse service for safety reasons.
